Great Staff and CLEAN room!

I appreciated the friendly service and availability of the staff. DUA was very talented at the front office and helpful in guiding us to stay safe. The room was very comfy and tidy with a great view. The late check in went smoothly because of the professional welcome.

The location is good near the lake and the room had sea view.
At midnight, the ac stopped working, the staff came to the room and fixed it, then it started doing a VERY loud sound and we couldn't sleep.

I got a GREAT room. I enjoyed the large space in the Executive Suite, with all the amenities I could need. The hotel team was very helpful.
The tv setup needs some attention, I could not get MANY channels working properly. It was a small problem in an otherwise amazing experience.

The hotel provided daily transfers to the beach. This was very convenient. the room had efficient air conditioning. It maintained a cool environment. the on-site restaurant had polite waiters. I found the service attentive.
