totally amazing stay!
private beach friendly staff delicious breakfast
the staff were friendly. breakfast was delicious with a sunny private beach. they accommodated all guest needs and were very responsive. i loved the beach access. i also liked how helpful the staff were. they really cared!
the room was abit noisy as i could hear things on my floor.

the hotel provides transport for clients to the mall of emirates. a restaurant is available. it offers various dining alternatives that include an italian restaurant on the second floor and a mexican restaurant on the top floor.

fantastic beachfront experience
spacious room roomy balcony private beach
the rooms were spacious. there was plenty of storage and a roomy balcony. the beds were huge and comfy. the hotel has a private beach with towels provided. i did not need to carry my own.
My room was a bit noisy. I could hear things happening on my floor.

the hotel is on the iconic palm. i had fine sea views of the arabian gulf. i could also see the dazzling skyline. the hotel location is perfect!

the staff were really helpful and cute from arrival to departure. the reception staff were very helpful when i arrived at 2am. they got me checked in quickly and provided helpful information about the inclusive services.

fantastic experience on the Palm
friendly staff excellent cleaning staff boat ride warm welcome
i found the staff friendly and professional. mauro, the mexican restaurant's manager, welcomed me warmly. he. the cleaning staff was excellent too. they even fulfilled some of my requests. the free boat ride was appreciated and a plus.
The rooms were a little NOISY. I'm unsure if they had sound proofing. i could hear a lot of what was happening on my floor.

i found the hotel restaurants good. the general restaurant did not have many options. however, the food was very tasty and the chefs are to be congratulated.

the hotel offers complimentary shuttle buses. these run to the mall of the emirates and dubai hills mall. this service operates several times each day and it is very helpful.

the location on palm jumeirah is super GOOD. the hotel is relatively quiet. but, it's still around a 30-minute drive from most activities in dubai.

The service is Excellent. The staff are very attentive. resvy, a service team member in the dining area, was especially friendly. the lifeguard at the pool was also fantastic.
