Perfect Hotel!!!

This hotel was lovely!!! Mr Yousef helped me, and he always followed up on my requests. Ms. Kouthar from reception was so nice for my check-in, and Mr Robin ensured my room was perfect. The team gave me great service. I will never forget that!!!

The gym looked a bit outdated, and some equipment had slight wear.

The hotel offered a wide variety of choices during breakfast hours, and the pastries were fresh, with options available to all the guests. It was easy to find a table, and the service was super fast with the refilling of coffee and juice. The food was AMAZING!!!

My room included a large TV, a minibar, and free Wi-Fi, and I enjoyed a fantastic city view. The room had blackout curtains, and it also had climate control, so I could adjust the room temperature. The closet had an iron and an ironing board.

The hotel had a central location near many restaurants. there were taxi services readily available right outside the front door. It was easy to walk to the nearby shopping areas, and transportation to attractions was convenient. The area felt safe.

the location is near a bus station. the hotel is on the seaside. a pool IS available on the roof. staff members go out of their way to provide service.

i didn't like the room. IT smelled like someone smoked there. some of my clothes got this smell. i will not recommend it to people who dislike the smell.

i stayed in a big, clean room, great. the bathroom included a tub. the staff was amiable, especially fatma and yousef at reception. they were informative and professional during check-in.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient. It required some maneuvering.

the room was spacious, and it had a beautiful king bed. there was a large tv with many channels i watched. the bathroom included separate sinks and a walk-in shower, it worked well.

the gym equipment looked a little old.
