i found the hotel location very good. the valet parking was free and speedy. the beds were really comfy, and the room size was very good. i also found everything i needed including a hair dryer and a water kettle.

i did find that the air conditioning was a little loud.

the gym was lacking. it needs updating.

I loved that the staff kept my luggage for several hours after checkout. also, the staff provided an adaptor for electrical sockets when i requested one. This, and i'm so happy. the responsiveness was wonderful.
