the beds were very comfortable, a plus after a long day.

The room service food was very good, i appreciated the quick delivery. the attentiveness of the staff stood out, especially during breakfast. They ensured fresh selections were always available. i really loved the spacious room and its beautiful design. but the big bath area impressed me too.

the location was great. the staff were helpful (i appreciated their quick responses). the breakfast was amazing. it was well-organized.

i requested the sofa bed to be set up. upon returning, it was not done. i called the concierge and someone said they would come but no one came. i was disappointed and had to sleep uncomfortably.

Really good stay!

convenient location gracious staff tasty canapés beautiful promenade

I appreciated the location being so close to Galleria Mall. I could easily access the shops and restaurants. The promenade provided a great path for a walk. The service from all the staff was genuinely gracious and sweet. The Manor Club offered tasty and beautifully presented cocktail canapés and breakfast.

The pool had shade for a significant portion of the day. This impacted my tanning goals.

the lobby area cafe has nice sunlight. breakfast was great and i really liked the room view.

the air conditioning was not cooling properly. i woke up feeling warm. the drinking water tasted like tap water and was not high quality.

the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the canal and many restaurants (including zuma). the pool area has many sunbeds available. the staff were friendly and helpful.

comfy bed cleaning wipes attentive staff

The rooms are well appointed and super comfy. they also left lens cleaning wipes for our glasses at turndown. This is great attention to detail. f&b was very good too, i ate and drank at bb social, hidden, and craft. breakfast at aqua was excellent with attentive staff and a great selection.

i requested for them to setup the sofa bed. when i returned, it wasnt done. i called concierge and they said someone would be sent. nobody came and i called again to follow up and send someone. nobody came so i was very disappointed and i had to sleep uncomfortably.

the pool area looks pristine and relaxing. i noticed it seemed like a private resort, despite it being in the middle of the city. the spa design is beautiful and peaceful and included a finnish sauna.
