the room was spacious. i got a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. the reception team accommodated my request for a late check-out. i felt humbled by the thoughtful service and excellent facilities throughout my two-night stay (i originally intended to stay one night only!).

i missed bringing paracetamol, and the hotel did not have any available.

deepa provided great service. she was quick and always smiling. the lifeguard's attention to our family was very appreciated. i found them always attentive.

the light around the bathroom mirror stayed on. it shone into the bedroom through frosted glass, and it kept us up at night. the sliding door to the balcony lock was broken, so it remained unlocked for our whole stay.

The hotel offers a really clean environment! It's really good. The food options were many and delicious. Lizel, a waitress. Evelyn, Tariq, and Eslam Jaheful also contributed to my enjoyable visit. The whole team ensured I had everything I needed at all times! I have booked already for next year.
