The staff provided AMAZING customer service. Panashe at reception greeted me with a positive attitude and offered assistance. Arnel from Concierge gave me tips on places to visit during my short stay. The housekeeping team maintained cleanliness and comfort.
The internet connection was slow and disconnected frequently. Downloading a file proved impossible despite multiple attempts. This affected my ability to work efficiently from the room.
