I experienced issues with the room cleaning, the reception desk did not communicate my request to housekeeping, i waited over an hour, this reflects poorly on internal communication. waiting 20 minutes for a car from valet PARKING caused delays.

the king studio was spacious. the bed was very comfortable. the housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my visit. i also enjoyed the gym with its great view.

the valet parking service was a little slow.
