The location was ideal for accessing nearby shops. The rooms were quite spacious. Late check-out was available without any additional charge. These conveniences greatly enhanced my experience.

the location was acceptable for what i needed.

house keeping was ABSOLUTELY horrible. i repeatedly found hairs that should have been cleaned. it reminded me of they did not care AT ALL.

poor communication valet delays

the breakfast was great with local and international dishes.

I experienced issues with the room cleaning, the reception desk did not communicate my request to housekeeping, i waited over an hour, this reflects poorly on internal communication. waiting 20 minutes for a car from valet PARKING caused delays.

comfortable bed high standard gym view

the king studio was spacious. the bed was very comfortable. the housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my visit. i also enjoyed the gym with its great view.

the valet parking service was a little slow.
