i used the gym daily and found it well-equipped and clean. priti at the desk greeted us warmly each day. the pool was clean and expertly maintained. delwar khan at the pool bar made lovely cocktails and provided attentive service.

outside the restaurant, there is a large screen for sports, but the seating belonged to the restaurants not the hotel. extra seating for hotel guests would be beneficial.

staff were attentive around the hotel and always willing to help. kedar provided great service by the pool and bar. ajay ghimire, a security guard, greeted us with a smile every day.

the staff were cute and efficient. i especially appreciated the smooth check-in process (thank you, aitunuk!). the hotel also upgraded my room, a really nice surprise. the variety of dining options exceeded my expectations.

the gym features a good range of equipment for a complete workout. it offers multiple treadmills and several weight machines. the pool area has ample seating and a dedicated children's section.

the staff were always available and very helpful with requests. the housekeeping service was prompt and kept the room super clean daily. the front desk team provided swift and courteous assistance whenever needed.

The room was small. the air conditioning was too loud, and it did not show the actual temperature. i had to turn it off to sleep. the hotel does not meet current 5-star standards. It seems old.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to galleria mall. the staff are very friendly. the rooms are very nice. They supply everything one need in the bathroom like soft toothbrushes and toothpaste.

i did not find it the most relaxing place. the room i stayed in was decent, but it smelled a bit damp.
