The premium giraffe arena chalet was amazing!!! i could see giraffes right from my window. the zoo access included in my stay was a great perk. the hide cafe had peacocks roaming during breakfast. My daughter loved that.
the gym's equipment looked a little dated.

Amazing Family Time!

The staff was friendly. I was thrilled to see so many activities for my kids. My little one particularly loved the pool and exploring the zoo. The staff were accommodating, and , made things easy. The pool view room I booked provided direct access to the pool, it reminded me of our private space!!!
The limited restaurant opening times were a small inconvenience.

The location is convenient in a quieter area, which I found peaceful. It's only twelve minutes away from all the theme parks, a definite plus for families. This proximity balances relaxation and entertainment.

the spacious room had all amenities i expected.
I encountered problems with the air conditioning. It was very loud. the toilet and bathroom had issues with water. also, breakfast was not included in the price of the room.

the resort features a park atmosphere. i noticed the room service response was quick and efficient. the beds were very comfortable , ensuring a restful sleep.
