The resort has a beautiful landscape. The food quality was very good with breakfast offering many options. Staff are very nice, especially Sheena. She was kind to my kids.

The resort location is far away from attractions. It requires a taxi to get to locations.

some issues

faulty climatisation loud event

the room was not perfect. the air conditioning did not work well, and the tv remote's batteries were dead. there was an event on the hotel beach causing many tourists to gather on a small part of the beach and a lot of noise, it was really distracting. i even left earlier because of this.

clean beach close seating great splash pad excellent water activities

The beach was fantastic. It was very clean. the seating areas were close to both the beach and the bar. the kids splash pad was great! the resort offers excellent water activities and breakfast options, catering to all tastes and preferences.

Buggy availability was infrequent, sometimes causing inconvenience. We found ourselves walking more than expected.

The staff was very attentive. They promptly fulfilled all requests. the buggy service was quick, ensuring convenient travel across the extensive hotel. i really appreciated the warm welcome and genuine care .

the resort boasts multiple pools for varied preferences, including deeper and shallower options with warmer or cooler water. the wide array of amenities, including bars and restaurants, meant we could easily live within the resort. there are plenty of restaurants and bars around the premises!!!

our room was kept clean as new, and new towels were provided daily. it was a huge, comfortable space with a separate living room and two balconies. the bathroom was also spacious with quality amenities provided for a comfortable stay.

the staff were attentive and friendly throughout the resort. our seaview junior suite was spacious and clean. i liked the large bathroom, it had two sinks. the included balcony provided a pleasant outdoor area.

buggy service around the resort was infrequent at times.

The hotel has a lot of high quality restaurants. There is plenty of things to do without going outside. The staff were excellent and helpful with directions.

The buggy service was not good. I had to get buggies everywhere and it was a nuisance.
