i found the beds super soft, a plus. the pillow arrangement made it easy to fall asleep. i liked that they had a store for quick needs. the room lighting created a nice ambiance. i found the hotel clean, reassuring.

the personnel was kind, and the free shuttle buses went to mall of emirates, rashidiya metro station, and kite beach. i appreciated the convenient transportation options they provided. the reception staff was very friendly and informative.

the area was quiet and peaceful with no disruptive traffic or outside noise, which i appreciated. the diac-park was nearby for walks, and dubai safari park was a short drive away. parking was easy to find.
