canal view many choices

the premium room had a view of the canal, it really touched me. breakfast in the restaurant offered many choices i could take. i loved walking to burj khalifa and the mall, even it took about 45 minutes.

the bathroom towels seems overused, their color almost changed. i reported the tv issue, but no action was taken.

excellent service and great location

polite staff free access

the staff was very polite and helpful. breakfast includes many choices even for picky eaters. Free access is granted to a beautiful beach at the sisters hotel with a taxi ride. there are free towels and sun beds at the beach.

during my stay, the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear neighbor activities, even a late-night party. significant road noise was audible from the ninth floor.

the staff was amazing. suhrob at reception remembered me every time, a nice touch for a solo traveler. they even arranged for my room to be ready early, and i really appreciated that! i also really liked the tasty breakfast. the room included delicious options!!!

the pool area floor was quite slippery. i think some extra caution there would be beneficial.

I observed maintenance was lacking. My room smelled strongly of stale smoke, despite my request for a non-smoking room. Staff did not address this issue adequately. sound insulation looked poor. I could hear street noise late each night and it was quite disruptive.

nightly music inconsistent water

the location was acceptable, putting me close to many attractions.

The noise was a big problem. i could clearly hear music from the pool in my room late into the night. it made it hard to get a good night's sleep, very frustrating. the shower water wasn't consistently hot, sometimes it was even cold. apply, twice.
