Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

The wedding event staff created a bad experience. One staff member accused me of breaking rules. Another yelled at me, causing a scene at my cousin's wedding. It was loud and embarrassing so I wouldn't attend to another event in this hotel again.

i received a free upgrade and a nice present from the hotel. i extended my stay another night. the gym is amazing and i enjoyed the swimming pool. it had amazing vibes. i felt i got great value.

the food i ordered tasted spoilt. managers defended themselves without trying to fix it.

the rooms are very clean. beds are super comfy too. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i find that this is useful when getting ready in the morning.
