okay stay overall

spacious room good breakfast

i really enjoyed the spaciousness of my beautiful king room. the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast to be good with a lot of options to choose from

the pool area had scaffolding. this wasn't very aesthetically pleasing for my wife's birthday weekend.

unfriendly attitude hour wait

The location was acceptable because it was close to the airport.

The staff at check-in had an unfriendly attitude. I had called ahead to arrange an early check-in, and while they agreed, my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 1 PM. I was stuck waiting in the lobby for an hour (that was frustrating).

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

aggressive behavior wedding event

The wedding event staff created a bad experience. One staff member accused me of breaking rules. Another yelled at me, causing a scene at my cousin's wedding. It was loud and embarrassing so I wouldn't attend to another event in this hotel again.

Excellent Stay

free upgrade excellent gym swimming pool great value

i received a free upgrade and a nice present from the hotel. i extended my stay another night. the gym is amazing and i enjoyed the swimming pool. it had amazing vibes. i felt i got great value.

the food i ordered tasted spoilt. managers defended themselves without trying to fix it.

the rooms are very clean. beds are super comfy too. my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i find that this is useful when getting ready in the morning.
