the food options were repetitive the restaurant hours were limited taking drinks from the bar into the restaurant was prohibited i found this rule annoying there was no alcohol available in the rooms which i considered a significant disadvantage given that i was traveling with young children

The hotel provided easy beach access. The hotel featured multiple pools and bars. I found transportation accessibility convenient. I enjoyed my stay and will consider visiting again in winter.

The check-in service was slow. It took one hour due to issues with digital identification. This caused an unnecessary delay upon arrival.

The food was really tasty with lots of variety. I definitely thought it was excellent value for money. The location is GREAT on the beach. The pools are great and there is a fabulous splash water park for my children.

The Asian restaurant needs a revamp. It should offer Hibachi instead.

I found the food options to be really good. There was a wide variety available. the entertainment during dinner was a highlight. I especially enjoyed the dancing teams. the mini disco for kids at night was also great and kept the little ones happy. i appreciated the easy access to the swimming pools and the water park. Everything was very convenient.

i felt that the kids' club was disappointing. the room seemed tiny, and whenever we checked, the door was closed, with no staff around. i noticed a lack of organized outdoor activities. i was hoping for things like treasure hunts or crafts by the pool, but these were absent.

the hotel is a short taxi ride from downtown. it took about 15 to 20 minutes to reach downtown by taxi. i always found taxis available in front of the hotel. getting around was convenient.
