i found the location convenient with its direct connection to the mall. i appreciated the well-equipped ladies' gym that included a sauna and hammam (it was super clean!). the bed was super comfy and the pillows were perfect, ensuring restful sleep. nearby restaurants like coya, nusret, and lpm offered a great dining selection.

I noticed a slight delay when i asked for extra towels. It took a bit longer than expected, but the team addressed the request quickly.

The western gym had great equipment! it offered free use even without treatments. What a perk. housekeeping was super attentive. i appreciated the direct access to the mall. It made shopping and dining easy.

The bed felt too soft. it wasn't supportive enough for my back. It caused some discomfort.
