The pool was fantastic! prabath, the lifeguard, was super helpful and friendly. i found the rooms to be clean and well-kept. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job. the hotel staff were friendly, and they collaborated to meet my needs effectively. i really felt comfortable .

The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions, and it made exploring very easy. there were also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I never lacked for options. transportation was readily available, this was very helpful.

The staff was very attentive. i found the gym to have sufficient equipment. It included treadmills and stationary bikes. i also appreciated the well-kept pool area (prabath and manoj did a great job as lifeguards).

the phone next to the bed wasn't working, only the phone in the toilet was working. it was a little disturbing, but manageable (i told the duty manager about it).
