unsmart tv lack of facilities

the rooms were spacious i appreciate that.

the television is not a smart tv and this is shocking for a four star hotel. it only worked with samsung devices, not apple. i don't know what i will do with the rest of my time here due to this lack of facilities.

The room was large and spacious with a beautiful balcony. Breakfast included a rich continental selection that i enjoyed. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They assisted us with all queries upon check-in.

The hotel offered an enchanting private beach, i noticed it included deckchairs that were always available. The proximity to nearby attractions made getting around convenient. The venice-style canal offered a very unique travel experience.

efficient service sea view prompt water

The check-in process was seamless thanks to the efficient service. I especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony (overlooking the sea). The attentiveness of the lifeguards at the beach was evident as they promptly offered water and towels after my swim.

The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff members were very accommodating and helpful too.

The beach equipment seemed outdated. I saw moldy sun umbrellas. The cushions were torn and the towels were worn. The room had a persistent damp smell. I think it was from the humidity and carpeted floors.

friendly staff iced water excellent coffee

I found the staff cute and they quickly provided an adapter at check-in. the beach offered refreshing iced water each morning, wonderful. breakfast had great variety with an excellent coffee machine. It made my mornings so much better.

helpful staff ample space

the staff was really good and helpful . the beach had soft towels and ample space to relax. i especially liked how quickly my luggage arrived in my room and the cleanliness of the bathroom. the breakfast service was prompt and the waiter remembered my tea order immediately.

the hotel needs improved ventilation. my room, directly above the smoking area, often smelled strongly of smoke. this.
