I was really surprised by how easy it was to access al wahda mall directly from the hotel, it was very convenient. i found the breakfast to be quite yummy, with a decent variety of options. anjana was particularly professional and helpful. Her service stood out!

The elevators were quite busy. It sometimes took a while for one to arrive.

The hotel connects directly to a mall offering many shops and dining choices. The staff was very helpful . Breakfast included many options to choose from a variety of cuisines.

I experienced a delay in receiving sanitary pads after requesting them multiple times. There was no follow up regarding the request and I eventually purchased them at the nearby mall.
