the staff was really helpful, especially sameer at reception. checking in and checking out was efficient. housekeeping was proper, and i liked that.
The room was advertised as having a balcony, but i couldnt open the door. it was opened after i signed a paper. it was impossible to get onto the balcony as a very large air conditioning unit was placed in front. the bath and shower had a bubble in the middle. It seemed patched at some point. the base moved when one stood on it.
