the staff were always available. they remembered my name. they also remembered past conversations and asked about them. for example, one staff member asked about my swimming the previous day.

the elevators were very small. it took a long time to get an elevator to go up or down. there were not many options to sit at the lobby.

the breakfast buffet had a decent choice. it included an option to order an omelette directly from the kitchen. room service happened close to lunchtime, not around 10-11 am, which i found convenient. the hotel has free valet parking.

The pool is a bit small. It is not really conducive to swimming.

The staff was attentive (especially at breakfast). the room provided a good view. i used the fridge in the room. it worked perfectly. the breakfast was great. It had many options.

the key card needed resetting at reception once.
