The front desk staff were amazing! the concierge team was like superheroes, packing our bus efficiently. my room had a full kitchen, a separate dining area, and even a guest toilet. It was spacious! the view of burj khalifa from my room was an unexpected bonus!

The location was acceptable. It allowed quick access to nearby attractions.

I had issues with housekeeping . My room wasn't cleaned one day despite my request, and another day it was serviced very late. the air conditioning unit had a mind of its own. The temperature settings kept changing, resulting in a VERY cold room at times.

the location was very convenient with easy access to various attractions. my room had great outside views! i really liked the big and clean room. i also appreciated the prompt room service.

I requested my room to be cleaned around 11 am, but it was not done when i returned in the evening. This was disappointing

We were upgraded to a Premium One-Bedroom Suite. It featured separate living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine was very convenient for our needs. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, including meats, vegetables, fruits, and pastries. We could easily reach the metro within a three-minute walk.

I found that the guest policy was restrictive, especially regarding visitors to the two-bedroom suites. The staff seemed unaccommodating regarding this rule. It limited flexibility .
