Suites range from Classic One-Bedroom Suites with work areas and kitchenettes to Premium One-Bedroom Suites on the 6th to 16th floors, featuring views of downtown Dubai or Burj Khalifa. The Panoramic One-Bedroom Suites, located on the 37th to 42nd floors, have living rooms with 40" flat-screen TVs, dining areas, work desks, and master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suites and Panoramic Two-Bedroom Suites are also available, each with a fully functional kitchenette.
Dining destinations
The Carlton Downtown Hotel features four dining venues. Baÿty Restaurant, on the 44th floor, serves international and Arabic cuisine buffet-style for breakfast and lunch. Special theme night dinner buffets feature live cooking stations. Narrah Restaurant & Lounge offers Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine. LEVEL47 Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge provides cocktails and cuisine with views of Dubai and Burj Khalifa. Deli Grind offers pastries, sandwiches, soups, salads, teas, coffees, and mocktails. Havana Lounge and Kitchen serves Latin American cuisine and Caribbean spirits, with live Latino bands on select days, located on the 44th floor.
