the location was acceptable because taxis were readily available right outside the reception area at all times.

i had issues with the breakfast. it was overly crowded and disappointing to have to queue every morning. the variety of food wasn't excellent either. this definitely affects my motivation to return.

The breakfast QUEUE was a bit long during peak hours.

The staff there? totally excellent! they're smiley and always ready to help, so flexible. when we needed something, they were right there, but they also knew when to give us space. the room was big and comfy, for real! the pool is a cool spot to just chill and relax..

they stops at every single floor! the breakfast spread, its huge, but getting eggs or even a coffee? takes forever! housekeeping? they clean whenever they feel like it. i stayed for a good amount of time and they surprised me with that.
