cigarette smoke outdated bathroom

The room smelled strongly of smoke. it seemed the previous guest had smoked heavily, and the smell lingered despite any attempts to air it out. additionally, the bathroom was quite outdated. I noticed some cracked tiles and the showerhead needed replacing. i also had issues with the safe, as there was only one key available. This made me feel somewhat uneasy about leaving valuables in the room

i liked the location. my room was clean and big. the staff provided good service. it seemed like a good value, especially because facilities were nearby.

i did notice disco sounds throughout the night. it was difficult to sleep. the television was not clear either.

A balanced view on my stay

I was pleased with the team's commitment to cleanliness and comfort. Their dedication to maintaining high standards was apparent. The dining experience was really good. The food's variety and quality were excellent. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and courteous (I liked their dedication).

I found the noise from the dance club in the hotel excessive. The rooms are not soundproof. I booked a room through a website and requested two single beds instead of a king bed. They asked for an extra fee per night even though their policy allows two guests per room.
