Acceptable, But Some Issues
faulty doorsecurity concern
I had some issues . The bathroom door didn't close properly. One night, someone tried to enter our room while we were sleeping. Luckily, the chain was on, so they couldn't get in. The staff had no real explanation or apology, it seemed pretty dismissive, to be honest. That affected my confidence about safety!

Bloscha and Nandar from the front office team were helpful at check-in, and i felt very welcome. The location proved quite convenient with its proximity to the metro station. It was just a short walk. The room was a good size, and IT WAS clean.
The room had a strange smell of mildew. I also found the sound isolation lacking. I could hear a lot of noise. the shower never had hot water when i needed it.

the location is very nice. i walked to many shops. the staff was always smiling. they are amazing and very helpful! bloshca, masad, and jahangeer. i definitely recommend this hotel!
The tv was a bit small. It was hard to watch sometimes.

The fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the rooftop pool featured twenty loungers and a shaded area. we loved the pool. But the view was amazing! the hotel also provided free wifi throughout the hotel.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. i noticed it included both continental and local dishes. the dining area seats about eighty people. the restaurant staff were attentive and quick to clear tables.

The front desk staff was available 24/7, ensuring someone could assist with any inquiries. housekeeping services were provided daily, keeping the rooms tidy. i liked that the staff spoke multiple languages. It was very useful.

The rooms were amazing. I especially liked that i was upgraded to an executive suite! it had a separate sitting area. It was very comfortable. the reception staff, including mr collins, mr hasnain, ms. rania, and ms. bloshca, were so friendly! accommodating our aged family member with kindness.
The wifi was slow. It made working a bit difficult. I wish it was faster for a smoother experience!

faulty doorsecurity breach
the bathroom door was hard to open, a problem that should be easy to fix. more troubling, someone tried to enter my room one night while i was sleeping. i woke up as the door was being opened, but fortunately, the chain was on, preventing entry. the staff did not offer any useful solution and this breach affected my trust in the hotel and sleep quality.
