I found the location convenient, particularly the proximity to the metro station. a nice shopping center across the street proved very useful. the room had good cleanliness. the staff was helpful especially ms. rania. I was charmed by their efforts.
i noticed a little noise in the evenings due to sports being played outside, though it wasn't too disruptive.

the hotel features a swimming pool which closes relatively late, at 9 pm, a plus. it offers convenient access to essential services. the value for money is good (i felt).

the hotel's location is excellent with easy access to the metro. it offers access to both green and red lines. a mall nearby provides numerous dining options, including chinese food.

the rooms were amazing and quite comfortable. during my next visit, i even received an upgrade to an executive suite. this suite included a separate sitting area. the beds were especially comfortable.

the reception staff was friendly (especially mr collins and mr hasnain at the concierge). ms. rania and ms. bloshca were kind. they were especially accommodating to an aged family member.
