the breakfast omelette was really good , i enjoyed that a lot. the location is also great , since it's near the beach.

the washing machine in my room was not working , which was inconvenient. the iron was also of bad quality , and it damaged my clothes.

The location was excellent. It was very close to sunset mall. i found it convenient for groceries and lunch spots. the staff was attentive. Samah at the front desk greeted us every morning. i also appreciated the breakfast staff. the room was cleaned daily, and complimentary fresh water bottles were provided, useful because i needed lots of water.

i experienced some delay from the reception service upon arrival. the room layout and space was great, but an unpleasant smell was present. i also noticed ants throughout the room. i found this irritating.

The hotel staff, including Hana, were cute. My check-in was seamless. Breakfast offered a VERY generous selection. The location is ideal, giving easy access to the BEAUTIFUL beach.
