convenient location helpful staff luggage storage
The location is very convenient. Shops and restaurants are close. The staff was helpful in keeping our luggage after we checked out. Shivam also booked an Uber for the airport. I really appreciated the luggage storage service.

Amazing Apartment Stay!

This hotel rocks! I stayed there recently and everything was great. The rooms are big and clean. The location is super convenient with easy access to everything. Staff members were great too. I was especially impressed with the housekeeping, they were very kind.
The gym equipment needs a small upgrade. The treadmill screens flickered a little.

My room included two comfortable queen beds and a separate seating area with a sofa, table. A large flat-screen television offered multiple channels. The kitchenette had a microwave, refrigerator, and basic cookware.

The pool area features a decent sized swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. I noticed a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills and weights. Free parking was available, a huge plus for me.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, I received a warm welcome. The front desk staff were always available to answer questions and provide assistance. The daily housekeeping kept the apartment clean. I was happy.

pleasant and well-located stay
room size metro access polite staff
the room size was great. i appreciated the location with easy access to the metro, malls, and various restaurants nearby. the staff was cooperative, especially shivam at the front desk who was very polite and helpful during check-in.
the hotel has no restaurant as mentioned. breakfast is served at a different hotel. this required a walk of four buildings away.

ms syeda provided good work. raj, siraj and dilawar also offered great assistance . pandey and ajmal were very helpful and supportive at reception. i look forward to seeing them again.

the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in.
My room had cockroaches. the front desk wasn't helpful. They didn't seem to know what customer service is. this.

great location functional machine helpful equipment hot water
i liked the location near the metro station. the room included a functional washing machine. i found the availability of kitchen equipment helpful. there was always hot water in the shower, which i appreciated.
the gym equipment looked somewhat dated.

the outdoor pool featured clean water and several sun loungers. it also has a shaded area that helped avoid direct sunlight. i did see a small fitness center equipped with basic machines.
