pleasant and well-located stay

the room size was great. i appreciated the location with easy access to the metro, malls, and various restaurants nearby. the staff was cooperative, especially shivam at the front desk who was very polite and helpful during check-in.
the hotel has no restaurant as mentioned. breakfast is served at a different hotel. this required a walk of four buildings away.

ms syeda provided good work. raj, siraj and dilawar also offered great assistance . pandey and ajmal were very helpful and supportive at reception. i look forward to seeing them again.

i liked the location near the metro station. the room included a functional washing machine. i found the availability of kitchen equipment helpful. there was always hot water in the shower, which i appreciated.
the gym equipment looked somewhat dated.

the outdoor pool featured clean water and several sun loungers. it also has a shaded area that helped avoid direct sunlight. i did see a small fitness center equipped with basic machines.

the reception staff offered assistance upon my arrival. they helped me get oriented with nearby stores and metro access. the staff also responded to maintenance requests quickly.
