Acceptable location but some issues
The location was convenient to local shops and tourist sites. I had a sky view overlooking many famous landmarks.
The front desk staff seemed rude at the end. I stayed 18 days, so I expected some familiarity, but instead, I was like I was being watched suspiciously as if I had stolen something.

My room was spacious. It also featured a huge bathroom. The breakfast buffet had excellent variety. The rooftop pool looked clean and a friendly lifeguard was there.
I was not happy with Nescafe being offered for coffee at a 5 star hotel. Toilet amenities were not provided unless I requested them. The gym only had four running equipments, and three of them were out of order.

the pools were great. I loved the breakfast variety and the helpful staff. Ahmed from the concierge desk assisted me with my luggage. He was instrumental in organizing an airport transport for me.
the hotel offered nescafe for coffee and there was no coffee machine. Toilet amenities required a request.

the hotel features two nice pools, with comfortable loungers for sunbathing. A fitness center is available, with modern equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes, ensuring guests can maintain their workout routine.

varied breakfast kind chef smooth check-in broken equipment inconvenient amenities dusty patio
the breakfast was very varied and good i especially liked the omelette station there was a member of staff taking orders. chef mohammed was very kind he. the check in process with subhangi at the desk was smooth.
the gym only had four running equipments three were out of order i found this disappointing. toilet amenities were not provided unless requested this felt inconvenient. the patio area was kept as a smoking area it was dusty and i had requested a non-smoking room.

excellent stay
clean atmosphere diverse food great service
the hotel provided a wonderfully clean and well-kept atmosphere, and the breakfast and dinner options were diverse, with plenty of fresh fruits and cakes (a sweet surprise!). the location was convenient, just a short walk from the burjuman metro station and the burjuman mall. the staff consistently greeted me with smiles, offering kind and accommodating service throughout my stay. i appreciated the continuous effort to improve their services.

my one-bedroom apartment had ample space with a pleasing aesthetic. the provided amenities were modern, including usb charging ports near every electrical outlet. the skyline view was particularly fine, especially at night.

the breakfast buffet had many options including an omelette station, with a chef taking orders. the chicken steamed buns stood out (very tasty!). there were diverse culinary options that were tailored to various tastes.

the hotel is ideally located near the burjuman metro station and mall. this proximity allowed for easy access to many points of interest. it is a very convenient area to explore, with multiple shops and restaurants nearby.

Good overall experience

The breakfast offered a LOT of variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly to guests. The rooms maintained cleanliness. The view of the downtown area WAS amazing from my room.
I did find the gym equipment in need of repair. several machines were out of service. The coffee availability disappointed me. The hotel only provided Nescafe, and there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. I also thought that certain toilet amenities should be standard.
