My room was a Sky Classic Room. It was spacious. The minibar was stocked, I saw it included water and soft drinks. The bathroom had a rainfall shower.

The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

The room was quite spacious, with a balcony that provided sunlight. Ashok, the bellboy, efficiently managed my luggage and thoroughly explained how to use the electronic key. Really good housekeeping by Fazal, Rehan, Aster, Eiyaz, and Jiten maintained the room's perfect condition. I found the English breakfast, delivered via a heated trolley, to be quite substantial and well-prepared.

The hotel offered a well kept pool area. I noted the inclusion of a shaded section for added comfort. The gym featured modern equipment that included treadmills. The presence of multiple dining options was a positive aspect.

Excellent Stay Near the Airport

The staff was REALLY professional. They made check-in very fast even though I arrived late and tired from my long flight. My room was nice and clean. The hotel upgraded my suite, which allowed me to relax after that long flight.

I found the mattresses too soft. I prefer something with more support.

The hotel is big, and the staff answered all my needs. The pool area has comfortable beds. There was no traffic noise around the pool, and metro access was EASY.
