inconvenient access system uncomfortable beds
My experience had some disappointments. The system for accessing floors seemed designed more for staff convenience than guest ease. I could only access my floor or the reception area with my card. The beds were not comfortable and neither were the pillows. These issues detracted from what could have been a more restful stay, though the location was perfect!

excellent stay with amazing access
easy shopping breakfast variety kind staff great location
i appreciated the direct access to the mall it made shopping easy and convenient. breakfast offered fantastic variety i particularly enjoyed the vegan options available. the staff were consistently kind and helpful i always felt supported . the location is great it has easy access to the airport and offers views of the burj khalifa.

The reception staff provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out procedures, very efficient and saved me valuable time. the housekeeping team kept the room clean. the service i received was very efficient.

decent stay, some issues noted
toilet seat used jam
the room i booked was supposed to have a nice view, but i ended up looking at the roof (this was pretty disappointing). the cleanliness was also questionable, i noticed stains on the toilet seat. i even received a used jam jar with my room service order, that wasn't very pleasant.

room cleanliness convenient access staff friendliness
the room was clean. i loved the convenient access to the shopping center (very handy!). the staff's friendliness really stood out to me. the variety at breakfast was amazing, i could always find something new.
the pool felt a bit small considering the hotel's size.
