The grounds were beautiful, and the room was in a fantastic location.
The level of service declined. Each butler is spread thinly across several villas. Madinat introduced a new "e-butler" service for WhatsApp. It was unreliable. The villa sundowner hours changed to 5pm-7pm. This is very inconvenient.

the rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and super clean. the serene ambiance made it easy to unwind. housekeeping was consistently attentive and maintained high standards throughout my stay. the staff were warm, cute, and genuinely helpful.
Beach service sometimes had issues. We had to frequently ask for items and for the parasol to be opened.

the hotel splits downtown and the marina perfectly, so it is easy to go either way. emirates mall is also five minutes away. i enjoyed taking boats between buildings and to different areas.

The room presented a fabulous layout with a well designed shower and bath area. The water pressure was certainly good. A comfortable, huge bed plus sitting area made it great. The outdoor area was a nice bonus, with peacocks and peahens occasionally wandered past. The grounds are amazingly well kept. The whole lagoon is fantastically well set up.
My stay featured the loss of my usual butler. He has a fantastic sense of humour and were really good too be helpful. I have no idea what happened, but one day he was replaced with a new butler. A long string of other temporary butlers, verging on rude at times, followed.

Housekeeping was fabulous. They replenished items quickly when needed. The butler tried to assist with car and flight issues. The staff generally ensured a comfortable experience, addressing needs efficiently and professionally throughout my stay.

i loved how the staff were friendly and helpful, especially since it made everything so much easier .
I was a little disappointed because the e-butler service felt unreliable sometimes. I actually wondered if it was a chatbot and not a real person (it didn't feel very personal). also, the villa sundowner hours changed. They are now from 5pm to 7pm, which feels too early. i feel like not many people are ready that early, so it's hard to enjoy it properly.

the breakfast was outrageously DELICIOUS. the service in all restaurants was fast and efficient too. beach was kept clean and the beach attendants were very attentive.
at checkout, I didn't appreciate how the staff acted when i requested a late checkout, making it seem like it was a huge favour.

The hotel was fine. the butlers mohamed and xima were super helpful. They were great too ensure our stay was perfect. the breakfast choice is amazing, and the rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculate. it really seemed like every need was anticipated (a romantic touch!).
I raised some issues with the manager. He was fairly hopeless at helping or providing any gesture of goodwill.

direct access to the beach is a highlight. a variety of luxury bars and restaurants are easily accessible. souk madinat is also located nearby, with a taste of local culture and shopping.

The facility provides buggy services. This makes getting around the resort simple. boat trips are available in the canal, this is very relaxing. the grounds are amazingly well kept and the whole lagoon is fantastically set up.

Wonderful Villa Stay

The staff was really good, especially Ashis and Hamza, our butlers. Ashis provided assistance with everything we needed, going above and beyond to. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh options (i really enjoyed the fruits). The housekeeping team maintained very high standards throughout my stay. The hotel offers boats and buggies for transport within the complex.
The sundowner hours are now 5pm-7pm, not ideal for everyone's schedules, so we would have to rush to attend it.

Breakfast at the main restaurant featured various fresh and cooked options. The breakfast buffet included a wide range of choices to accommodate diverse preferences. The service at La Promenade was warm and cute, especially during breakfast hours.

The villa offered privacy, tranquility, and felt more like a residence. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds. The Malakiya villa included complimentary aperitifs, exclusive pool access, butler service, and airport transfer. We had a two-bedroom villa.

The butlers, Ashis and Hamza, were consistently helpful and attentive. The housekeeping team was diligent, maintaining high cleanliness standards. The staff offered sunscreen on the beach and cleaned glasses . They arranged golf buggies and reservations upon request.
