The rooms were modern and very spacious. the location was also central.. walking to burj khalifa and business bay was easy. staff members were accommodating. They ensured i had everything i needed.
the breakfast was a letdown. while there were a few options, nothing tasted good. the food quality was poor and not what i expected.

I enjoyed the super clean rooms, they were amazing. Housekeeping staff, especially Rashid, offered great service. Dinkar, the reception manager, was kind and supportive, ensuring all needs were met efficiently. The location is superb, very helpful.
The hotel had no small shops or convenience stores nearby. I found this inconvenient when needing quick supplies. It IS within walking distance to the mall, around 15 minutes. It could benefit from some closer amenities.
