the gym featured treadmills and stationary bikes, giving options for exercise. the pool area provided a shaded section . i liked the regular and efficient service provided.
the toiletries provided were very basic, lacking any special features.

the housekeeping service i received was excellent. roki and abdul were professional and polite. they were both very attentive to detail and ensured the rooms were super clean.
my hotel room felt poorly maintained upon arrival. the sink regularly filled up with water. i reported a leaking toilet however the issue was not fixed.

professional manager convenient location super clean room good breakfast
dinakar, the manager at reception, contributed much to the stay. he was very professional. the hotel location proves convenient, especially close to attractions. i found everything super clean and maintained well. the breakfast had plenty of choices.
the corridors lacked air conditioning, making transitions uncomfortable with the climate changes.

I found the hotel provided good value. The location worked well for my needs. Staff was helpful with directions and information.
The street noise was quite noticeable, especially at night. I used earplugs to get a good night sleep.

solid stay close to the action
spacious room central location
The rooms were modern and very spacious. the location was also central.. walking to burj khalifa and business bay was easy. staff members were accommodating. They ensured i had everything i needed.
the breakfast was a letdown. while there were a few options, nothing tasted good. the food quality was poor and not what i expected.

Fantastic Stay!
clean rooms great service supportive manager
I enjoyed the super clean rooms, they were amazing. Housekeeping staff, especially Rashid, offered great service. Dinkar, the reception manager, was kind and supportive, ensuring all needs were met efficiently. The location is superb, very helpful.
The hotel had no small shops or convenience stores nearby. I found this inconvenient when needing quick supplies. It IS within walking distance to the mall, around 15 minutes. It could benefit from some closer amenities.

My Standard King Room was impeccably clean, a huge plus. The room size was ample, and the layout maximized space effectively. I had zero complaints about cleanliness or maintenance .

Unfortunately, due to new buildings constructed between the hotel and the Burj Khalifa, there is no longer a view of the tower from the hotel. Are visitors allowed in the hotel rooms, or can they only meet in common areas?
