excellent stay, great location

central location clean room attentive staff
I found the location excellent, right in the heart of stonetown. the room was clean. The staff were attentive. i ate in the restaurant, the food tasted good and was a good value.

the rooftop restaurant food tasted great. the menu offered a variety of cuisines, including indian, chinese, swahili, and western options, at rates i considered reasonable. (i especially enjoyed the swahili dishes).

the staff assisted me with arranging a taxi and a late dinner reservation, i really appreciated that. upon arrival, i received a welcome drink and refreshing wet wipes, this was a nice touch. the breakfast service was good also.

the breakfast offered many choices. the rooftop bar and restaurant was great. it was perfect.
the staff lacked attention span. they were not good listeners. they were not considerate enough to my concerns.

The hotel's location is near many restaurants and the harbour. The room had AC which worked perfectly. The rooftop had delicious food and beautiful views. I found the live music in the terrace restaurant a nice addition to the place.
