the hotel's beach access was fantastic i especially liked the beautiful golden sand the crystal clear waters provided a refreshing swim i also appreciated the private beach area it kept away unwanted beach vendors the location was very convenient

i noticed the hotel's maintenance could be improved in several areas the taps in my room was rusted or damaged the shower head had what looked like dried grime cleaning these details would make a big difference

my room had a good size and it was well maintained cleanliness was a priority and the housekeeping staff kept it tidy. I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay in the room they provided.

The ordering system seemed unnecessarily complex. I could not pay for drinks upon ordering. Everything went on a tab for checkout. It was difficult to track. Extra items I did not consume looked on the bill. Staff at reception acted rudely at checkout.
