Decent stay with some issues

The breakfast was good (i liked the variety!).
I encountered a few problems. The valet parking employee was rude and unprofessional. I didn't feel secure handing over my car. the check-in time was delayed by about 30 minutes, frustrating after a long trip. They said my reserved room wasn't available, so they changed it.
I secured connecting rooms for my family. The kids had their own space. The staff accommodated us quickly. Breakfast included diverse flavors. The location suited me well, near both the Irish Village and the airport.
The valet parking attendant was rude. He aggressively tried to open my car. He even knocked on the window while it was locked.

The check-in was like a marathon, not a sprint, I waited almost half an hour. Upgrading seemed to add another fifteen minutes of paperwork. I found the housekeeping lacking, the bed was made. that's about it. Dirty cups remained, coffee wasn't refilled, and the ice bucket still contained melted ice. Not ideal. It makes you wonder if they cleaned anything at all.

the breakfast buffet had diverse options. the gym features modern equipment like treadmills and weights. the pool had a nice temperature and several sun loungers were available. a dedicated children pool was also provided.
