Decent Stay with Some Issues

The shower wasn't great. It leaked all over the floor whenever I used it. This meant I was always short on towels, and the floor became slippery. The air conditioning was also problematic. It was noisy and didn't function correctly about half the time I was there. The duvet was too small for the bed (it barely covered me!), and the mattress springs were quite noticeable when the other person moved.

I was charmed by how clean my room was. Housekeeping clearly does a fantastic job! i appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the beach. It made getting there so easy. also, the reception staff, especially hanna, was always cute. Her smile was a great start to each day. i must mention jeffrey too. He was helpful with my luggage and always ready to assist!
the gym could use a bit more equipment, it was sometimes crowded during peak hours.

good breakfast selectionbad soundproofingsmoke smell
the breakfast selection was good there were options for everyone.
the noise was unbearable the doors and walls offer no soundproofing, a pub downstairs operates until 3 am, i could hear everything. also, the smell of smoke in the pillows was gross, i don't even smoke, i should have checked for smoking rooms. the safety box wasn't fixed and some staff didn't know basic information.

the room was spacious and clean. cleaning service was professional, and mr abdul halim with mr jagveer provided amazing service. the wifi was fast, and services were within walking distance, including groceries, restaurants, and laundry.
