I was charmed by how clean my room was. Housekeeping clearly does a fantastic job! i appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the beach. It made getting there so easy. also, the reception staff, especially hanna, was always cute. Her smile was a great start to each day. i must mention jeffrey too. He was helpful with my luggage and always ready to assist!
the gym could use a bit more equipment, it was sometimes crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the cook prepared eggs exactly as i liked! the omelettes were delicious and freshly made. I really appreciated that personal touch.

The staff was always ready to help with a smile! ms. alaa and latifa at reception made check-in smooth, and bellboy ayoub was very informative. It created a cute first impression.

good breakfast selectionbad soundproofingsmoke smell
the breakfast selection was good there were options for everyone.
the noise was unbearable the doors and walls offer no soundproofing, a pub downstairs operates until 3 am, i could hear everything. also, the smell of smoke in the pillows was gross, i don't even smoke, i should have checked for smoking rooms. the safety box wasn't fixed and some staff didn't know basic information.

the room was spacious and clean. cleaning service was professional, and mr abdul halim with mr jagveer provided amazing service. the wifi was fast, and services were within walking distance, including groceries, restaurants, and laundry.
the gym was closed, disappointing.
