the rooms were spacious. i liked the restaurants and the bar in the hotel area.

the room service was really lacking. i requested a hairdryer and a drinking glass and had to ask for them again. the breakfast buffet felt limited for a hotel of this rating.

nice workspace free coffee cute staff

I found a really nice workspace in the lobby. it included free coffee. That helped. access to several restaurants was so easy. i felt safe, especially as i was traveling alone. the staff was very cute and helpful!!!

the room was not soundproofed at all. i heard noise from the corridor all the time. this made it hard to relax properly after a long day.

the staff was really attentive. they were quick to respond to requests. they always had a smile. deepak at the front door helped arrange a taxi to the airport very quickly for me.

I found the service excellent and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and equipped with the needed amenities. The hotel's movie-themed decoration added a cool touch to the entire experience.

Balanced experience at this location

friendly staff alternative pool long wait urgent request

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They promptly sorted out any issues I had. I used an alternative pool at a nearby hotel because the pool was closed for maintenance. My provider did not inform me of that and the hotel also did not.

The service and the speed of response here were not good. We waited a long time for items that we needed urgently. Our bags spent 30 minutes downstairs after we checked in. I needed to shower for a birthday party. Made me late.

missing items slow service

The room was large and offered all necessary facilities.

The staff seemed unable to fulfill requests made at the reception desk. Basic items such as bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries were missing from the room. It took hours for toothbrush and toothpaste to arrive after several calls.

i found the staff friendly and well-trained. the hotel design impressed me, it felt very chic. the room offered much comfort and accommodation.

the air conditioning did not cool sufficiently in the room.
