The pool was too crowded because day pass guests were allowed even though the hotel was fully booked I could not enjoy it at all They allowed large inflatables and water pistols , made things worse The music was too loud it hurt my ears

The staff's service impressed me right from check in until check out. The team was very attentive and always willing to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and families. The hotel made my vacation lovely with spacious rooms and family-friendly amenities.

I noticed the location is quite far out on the palm. The style of the hotel is really dated in my opinion.

the staff was attentive. the food had a high quality. we enjoyed the size of our two bedroom suite. the grounds were tranquil. it was easy to relax.

this occurred throughout the day when lying on the beach. our family rooms faced the car entrance resulting in traffic noise day and night. the terrace was unusable.
