The room was super clean. The room service was really quick! the 24-hour shuttle was always on time. That was awesome. breakfast had a huge selection of food!
i requested an early check-in, but i waited for 3 hours in the lobby, pretending no rooms were available. they did not have the option to pay for my taxi. That was very uncomfortable.

delayed shuttle service overcrowded bus
The shuttle service was a major issue. The wait times were far longer than advertised, causing significant delays especially when traveling with family. the buses were overcrowded, it made the journey uncomfortable and stressful.

The bathroom wasn't super clean. i spotted some mold near the bathtub. the wifi was really weak in the room. It made it hard to get any work done. it was a shame.

The rooms were cleaned daily, which I appreciated. The breakfast was also great. I especially enjoyed the variety of options. I found Danube and several coffee places nearby. The location was convenient.
The hotel was very crowded. This affected the service a bit. Food options at the hotel were limited. I thought they were a bit expensive. I noticed a steep hill near the hotel.
