The staff was supportive, especially Mr Saqib. His hospitality was fabulous, he supported us from check-in to check-out. The hotel ambiance felt very nice.

The location is far from the Haram, it made travel difficult. Room service was not regular. I needed to call each time I required assistance.

the room was acceptably clean and provided basic amenities (towels, soap).

The noise level was a problem. Traffic sounds were constant until late at night. checking in took a very long time. I waited two hours past the stated check-in time for my room. the shower also had a defect with the water temperature. It fluctuated wildly and was difficult to adjust.

the housekeeping service was great. ahmad sujon kept my room immaculate during my entire stay. i especially appreciated the promptness of the free shuttle service to the masjid al haram. it ran every hour.

The room had an iron with a pressing table. This was very useful! the room was also spacious. there was enough space for kids to play, nice.

The sound insulation isn't great. I could hear cars and buses.
