amazing variety cute staff outdated room street noise
The breakfast had amazing variety, i loved it!!! the staff were always cute. the food was very good, especially the fresh fruit selection. It was wonderful. our room was quite near to the haram, so it was easy to get to.
The room felt outdated. the windows did not insulate sound well, so i could hear a lot of street noise, it was hard to sleep. the housekeeping team seemed inadequately trained. They were not able to provide a weighing scale when i requested it.

WOW, convenient location and GREAT service!
short walk friendly staff pleasant stay
the hotel has a GREAT location, just a short walk to al haram, easy to navigate. i FOUND the staff accommodating and friendly. my room was clean and well-kept.
the service was not very good. i had to wait for more than an hour from the check in time until the room was ready.

the room was clean and spacious enough. it offered enhanced facilities i really liked. the bathroom size was good , and the shower was big.

the hotel is about a five-minute walk to the al haram. it made it easy to locate when one has lost their bearings. it is in a good locality with a few shops around.

balanced experience
convenient location spacious room affordable service old furniture high price constant noise
the location was convenient. it was approximately 7-10 minutes from al-haram. the path was flat, not uphill. the room was spacious with a nice bathroom. i found the affordable room service useful.
i found the furniture in the room quite old. the overall value didn't quite match the high price, i thought. also, the fan in the washroom ran non-stop, so i could not turn it off. the constant noise.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues
constant noise dated room
The room seemed a bit dated, disappointing. I thought it looked better online. The bathroom fan also ran constantly, so that was annoying. I asked about it, and they said it couldn't be turned off, seriously? The noise was definitely bothersome at night. I really needed some earplugs.

the hotel room was spacious and quite clean. lots of amenities were provided, it. the location was ideal, just a short walk to al-masjid al-haram.
the breakfast offerings had limited variation.
