my family and i received an upgrade upon arrival. the reception staff was kind and efficient. the hotel provided early check-in, a blessing after a long journey. we found everything so smooth.

finding a taxi nearby posed a small challenge. there were no designated smoking rooms, so smoking wasn't allowed within the room. this limitation became a minor inconvenience .

The location was great. It was easy to reach by taxi. The reception staff helped us feel comfortable. They listened to every concern and acted quickly. The location was right in front of the gate. It was very convenient with my parents. There is a supermarket and food places in the area also.

I found it difficult to find a taxi nearby. I could not smoke inside my room because no smoking rooms are available. The price felt too expensive for the view provided. I think a cheaper price is more appropriate.

the hotel is near the umrah entrance. i found wheelchair assistance readily available outside, very helpful for my elderly parents. the proximity made daily prayers so easy for our family.

the entrance through the mall can be crowded. navigating through the shops and people made going in and out of the hotel a bit difficult. i wish there was a separate entrance for hotel guests.

the breakfast offered a good variety. i noticed many choices catering to different tastes. fresh fruits were available alongside traditional dishes. it made starting the day easy.

The room was large. it easily accommodated my family of six. we found the bedding comfortable and the space very accommodating. speakers were in the room. We were able to listen to prayers from the mosque.

The staff was really good. i found the front desk and concierge to be particularly helpful. transportation arrangements to medina were easy to coordinate. they have their own drivers. It took some stress off our family.

the hotel is a short walk to the holy mosque. i timed it at about 3-5 minutes on foot. stores are below the hotel and we found an atm. plus massage chairs, fast food and even a supermarket are in the building.
