The location is really good, a TRUE highlight. The room description was accurate. I saw the Kaaba from my window (a sight i will NEVER forget). The room was clean. The staff were helpful. The reception team was friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING.

The bathroom was a bit tiny, but it was manageable.

the hotel location was convenient i found it easy to access nearby shops the elevators operated efficiently reducing wait times. the room had complimentary tea and coffee i liked that they were readily refilled.

the bathroom was small i found the toilet space quite tight. i also observed some cockroaches in the room the staff response was unprofessional.

the location were indeed very near the haram. staff seem helpful and friendly. breakfast offered some good variety. lunch and dinner prices seemed reasonable.

the service was quite poor once i completed check in and paid. i had to ask multiple times for cleaning service. it took many attempts to receive a crib for my baby. the receptionist promised arabic coffee and dates, but i never got it.
