Nice stay near Al Rajhi Mosque
convenient shops excellent variety shuttle service
The hotel's proximity to shops was really convenient, I found everything I needed just steps away. The breakfast buffet offered excellent variety. It was a great start to each day. Shuttle service to the Haram was available around the clock, so transportation was never a concern.
The tv channels in my room had limited signal, i could access only a single channel .

The hotel benefits from its location near the beautiful Masjid al Rajhi. There is a supermarket nearby. It allowed for easy access to groceries and essentials. The hotel's single entrance faces the street.

The staff was very polite and helpful. It contributed to a cute atmosphere. Ms. Ahad provided really good service. She were pretty good too meet every need. The team ensured a seamless experience from check-in. It lasted throughout the stay.

convenient location efficient shuttle service helpful team dusty air conditioning missing iron unresponsive manager
the hotel location offered easy access to a nearby mosque. the shuttle service to haram operated efficiently. the front office team was helpful .
the room air conditioning had a dusty smell. i found no iron in the room, although there was ironing board. the duty manager didnt address the air conditioning issue.

poor wifi inattentive staff
The wifi was practically nonexistent. It was really frustrating. i had a hard time doing even basic things online. the staff also seemed more focused on serving arab guests. I felt overlooked at times. it was like they didn't really care about my concerns.

an ok stay.
clean hotel convenient shuttle unanswered phone water request
the hotel was very clean. the shuttle service to haram ran every 30 minutes, convenient.
The front desk did not answer the phone when i called. I needed water. i had to go to the front desk myself after a long umrah though i was exhausted.

the hotel is near al rajhi mosque. i found a big supermarket nearby. transportation to haram was convenient with the constant shuttle service. it takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
i found the washroom finishes to be slightly subpar.

the location is Convenient with shops nearby. i found al rajhi mosque especially convenient for prayers. the 24 hour shuttle service to the haram worked well for me. breakfast had GREAT options and fine quality.
the front desk took a long TIME at check-in.
