The hotel's proximity to shops was really convenient, I found everything I needed just steps away. The breakfast buffet offered excellent variety. It was a great start to each day. Shuttle service to the Haram was available around the clock, so transportation was never a concern.

The tv channels in my room had limited signal, i could access only a single channel .

The staff was very polite and helpful. It contributed to a cute atmosphere. Ms. Ahad provided really good service. She were very good too meet every need. The team ensured a seamless experience from check-in. It lasted throughout the stay.

the room air conditioning had a dusty smell. i found no iron in the room, although there was ironing board. the duty manager didnt address the air conditioning issue.

The wifi was practically nonexistent. It was really frustrating. i had a hard time doing even basic things online. the staff also seemed more focused on serving arab guests. I felt overlooked at times. it reminded me of they didn't really care about my concerns.
