amazing umrah experience

i stayed five nights after travelling with my husband, two teenage children, my mother and my aunt to perform umrah. check-in was quick and smooth, with no issues at all. we had two triple rooms with a 'master' bedroom, a smaller bedroom and living area, a kitchenette and bathroom. i was very grateful we received rooms next to each other, it.
The hotel is on an incline. It made it difficult for us to transport my mum via wheelchair. if i was to return with just my family, this would not bother me at all. i think the hotel can provide additional facilities to enhance accessibility.

Front desk staff were always helpful when we needed help. There was rarely a queue. we were served a refreshing and healthy drink in the hall. housekeeping responded quickly whenever i needed anything.

Breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel abroad, with plenty of fresh juices and salads and a variety of main dishes! i found that the pastries were delicious. I would definitely recommend it.

The team from the main entrance was acceptable.
The room's cleanliness was not good. I spotted date pits all over the foyer after iftar. A cleanup never happened. The broken towels and cupboards under the coffee machine were disappointing. I will NOT return to this hotel EVER!!!

The location was acceptable. It was quite close to the haram.
The walk back to the hotel was very tiring. It is quite uphill. i wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone elderly or pregnant. there were no shops or food places nearby. The nearest ones were a 15-minute walk away (near the jabal omar hotels).
