Really good Service and Convenient Location

I was impressed with the staff's dedication. Ashraf assisted my family . He previously helped me with a wheelchair in 2024. In 2025, he arranged wake-up calls and taxis for my brother. The lifts were efficient even during busy prayer times. My room had a view of the clock tower's backside.

I noticed a slight odor in the corridors between the rooms.

The staff were very professional. Haneen and Farooq were always in contact. They ensured everything was easy during my entire stay. The room service was also very helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Location and price are good.

the location was a short walk to the haram. it was also close to shops and restaurants so my stay was convenient. the staff were accommodating and helped me check in and out despite odd hours.

the bathroom was not clean. the wifi was slow. i noticed a food smell in the lift. corridors also had some unpleasant smells.
