the location worked perfectly with a shuttle service available almost constantly. the basement car park offered convenient access. the staff at reception were helpful, especially with directions.
the hallway carpets showed some stains.

The bus route offered a dedicated service to Al Haram, dropping passengers near the Marwa Exit and this was beneficial during the busy days. Customer service was really good, with the front desk team handling a high volume of guests professionally. The catering staff and management provided flexibility regarding breakfast or suhoor based on our schedules. This was convenient given unpredictable timings.
The corridors had a slight unpleasant smell. this did not impact the room quality.

The hotel provided easy access to Al Haram via a frequent shuttle service. The journey took approximately five minutes. Transportation options were readily available in front of the accommodation. This simplified travel to and from key religious sites.
