“This hotel, smoke-free and conveniently located on Ibrahim AlKhalil street in Mecca, places you within a reasonable distance of the Holy Mosque. While offering air-conditioned rooms with minibars and multilingual staff, some aspects might not appeal to every traveler. In my opinion, it presents a functional option for pilgrims prioritizing proximity to holy sites over immaculate conditions.”

Good Location Near Haram

clean hotel working elevators convenient location manageable waits

The hotel is conveniently located near key areas. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Haram, depending on how crowded the street is. The hotel provided a clean environment and the elevators worked efficiently. There could be waits during peak times, but overall, it was manageable.

The room had an issue with the shower. Water sprayed outside the curtain.

Location

9/10

The hotel's location is quite good for accessing important sites. I estimate a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Haram, depending on traffic and the number of people. This proximity makes attending prayers convenient and reduces travel time.

Service

8/10

The hotel staff offered excellent support and were readily available. I found the housekeeping team especially supportive, checking in often to see if assistance was required. Their proactive approach ensured any needs were quickly addressed.

Facilities

9/10

The room was well-kept. AC and WiFi worked without problems. The hotel also has speedy lifts which is a definite plus for those staying on higher floors and needing to get around quickly and efficiently.
