"It's been a great time of 5 days spent in Massa Albadar, Housekeeping is awesome, asked twice a day for cleaning and even clean on our request once we r at room, almost 6 mints walk to AL-haram Masjid, 8 lifts r almost enough for normal season. Overall it was a value for money deal."

The reception staff was helpful (always with a smile!). Daily room service kept everything tidy. I found the availability of Pakistani food at level S convenient. The on-site mosque at level M was a great addition for prayers.

The lifts were occasionally busy, especially during peak prayer times.

The hotel's proximity to the Haram was a significant advantage (it took only minutes to walk). I found a shop located in the lobby, convenient. The service was quick. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible nearby.

The lift queues were sometimes long, especially during peak prayer times.

The hotel is conveniently located near key areas. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Haram, depending on how crowded the street is. The hotel provided a clean environment and the elevators worked efficiently. There could be waits during peak times, but overall, it was manageable.

The room had an issue with the shower. Water sprayed outside the curtain.
