The rooftop pool, though offering city views, seemed small and sometimes poorly maintained during use. The reception team was helpful and polite .

The noise from the nightclub downstairs was a real problem. I could hear the music until late, and it made sleeping difficult. The room also had an unpleasant smell, like stale cigarettes. I requested a toothbrush, but never received it.

The breakfast had good options. It included a variety of choices.

The room was quite small. It did not match the size I expected. I was also disappointed that the shuttle service was not available to the airport, this was listed as an included service. This discrepancy made planning my departure unnecessarily stressful.

The lifeguard, mrshaidujaman, was very friendly. The water temperature was perfect. My room, nr 107, was excellent. The hotel room was very clean and nice. I would definitely come back. The location was ideal! though the parking was expensive. Mr Raju from housekeeping deserves a special mention. He was professional. He cleaned my room every day. The bed was comfortable, and the washroom was always clean.

The valet staff were unfriendly and lost, so I carried my own bags.
