A gem in the heart of the city

The staff were very supportive. They upgraded my room due to my early arrival. The rooms are modern and clean. I found the shuttle service to the Kite Beach very convenient. Taxi service to Dubai Mall is easily accessible from the hotel.
The on-site dining options were limited to the main restaurant and poolside café. I wish there were more choices.

The sound insulation wasn't great at all. I heard doors slamming and hallway noise. The check-out area was a bit chaotic. There were some loud arguments. That was a definite downside.

This was my second visit and I just love it here. The breakfast was beautiful and the staff was lovely. Ram did a super clean job on my room. Abbas and another lady booked us in. They were very friendly and helpful.
The gym could use a water cooler.
